Sydney Zetune
(she/her)Executive Director
As the Executive Director of FEAST, Sydney leads the organization’s strategic direction with a focus on improving community health outcomes in communities facing food insecurity, social isolation, and disproportionate rates of chronic disease.
Growing up in Mexico, Sydney developed a deep understanding of the connection between food and health — how what we eat shapes not just our bodies, but our relationships, our energy, and our ability to thrive. That conviction has guided her career ever since. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and is certified in Culinary Nutrition by the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
Before leading FEAST, Sydney held roles across the nonprofit and private sectors — as a Sr. Underwriter at Accion East, a Data Analyst at ZipRecruiter, and founder of her own CPG business — bringing a rare combination of analytical rigor and entrepreneurial experience to her work in public health.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. She also teaches culinary nutrition and healthy cooking classes — because for Sydney, food has never just been fuel. It’s always been a path to health, and to each other.
