Chris Kerezsi is a Managing Director and General Counsel (Private Equity) of Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES), a leading global alternative investment manager offering clients investment solutions across the credit, private equity, real estate and infrastructure asset classes.

Prior to joining Ares, Chris was an associate at two prominent multinational law firms, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and general corporate and securities law matters. Chris graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Economics and received his J.D. from UCLA.
