Tareah is in-house corporate counsel focusing primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general commercial transactions. As a key part of her practice, Tareah counsels nonprofit organizations and startups in connection with fundraising, grant making and corporate governance matters.

A proud native of Oakland, California, Tareah attended Harvard Law School and the University of California – Davis. During her time at Harvard, Tareah participated in the Food Law and Policy clinical program where, among other projects, she assisted with legal and policy research and reporting on cottage food laws around the country. Tareah is inspired by FEAST’s commitment to expanding access to affordable, nutritious foods. Joining FEAST’s board allows her to utilize her skill set in furtherance of FEAST’s incredible purpose.
