New Co-Executive Directors: Amy Vu and Sydney Zetune

Sydney, formerly our Director of Operations, now assumes the role of Co-Executive Director of Development and Operations. Sydney brings a wealth of multidisciplinary experience and a strategic vision for sustainable growth. Her efforts in streamlining operational processes and driving organizational development have been instrumental in shaping FEAST's trajectory.

We're also excited to announce Amy Vu, our former Director of Programs, as Co-Executive Director of Programs and Partnerships. Amy's dedication to empowering communities and her background in Public Health Nutrition have significantly influenced our programmatic initiatives, fostering inclusivity and meaningful impact.

Both Sydney and Amy embody the core values of our organization and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to our mission. Their leadership, coupled with their profound understanding of our work and the communities we serve, positions us for continued success and impact.

The Co-Executive Director model offers strategic advantages for FEAST, promoting shared leadership, collaboration, and accountability. It enhances creativity, adaptability, and facilitates succession planning while expanding our networks and relationships. Additionally, this model aligns perfectly with FEAST’s values in wellness, promoting a healthier work-life balance and reducing individual stress for our executive leaders.

Transitioning to a Co-Executive Director model represents an exciting opportunity for FEAST to enhance organizational effectiveness, better serve our community and stakeholders, and prioritize the wellbeing of our team members.
