Equipment needed:
- Mat - If you do not have a mat you can use a towel or carpet
- Light dumbbells - If you do not have dumbbells ar home you can use two bottles of water or a set of canned goods. You can also do the exercises using your own body weight
- Water to drink
- Tennis shoes
