Dr. Shelly Harrell is a psychologist who specializes in developing healing and resilience-oriented interventions focusing on BIPOC and marginalized populations. She emphasizes meditation, mindfulness, and other contemplative practices such as journaling, music, poetry, and collective wisdom. As a professor and consultant, she has been teaching and training on culture and racism for over 30 years. The "Anti-Racism Meditation for Liberation" is about using the centering, clarity, and compassion of mindfulness as a foundational resource for anti-racism action in our lives.
