Reclaimed Flavors Cookbook

These recipes were developed by Alba Rojas, FEAST Health Educator, and taught weekly at Mercado la Paloma on Wednesdays. Each recipe was created using recovered food donated by Seeds of Hope. FEAST enhances the value of this recovered food by not only reducing food waste but also providing participants with essential nutrition education. Through cooking demonstrations and hands-on lessons, community members learned how to maximize the nutritional benefits of these ingredients, empowering them to make healthier, budget-friendly meals at home.
