Chef & founder Tal Ronnen offers sophisticated plant-based fare at his upscale vegan restaurant, Crossroads, in the heart of West Hollywood. A co-creator of Kite Hill Cheese & board member for Impossible Foods, Tal first became known nationwide as the chef who prepared the meals for Oprah Winfrey’s 21-day cleanse and further made his culinary mark having catered a number of high-profile events such as Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi's wedding. Prior to opening Crossroads in 2013, followed by the release of the restaurant’s namesake book in 2015, Tal authored The Conscious Cook, a NY Times bestselling cookbook.
