Many favorite fall beverages bring back memories of holiday cheer while also loading us up with ingredients we may wish to avoid, like sugar. With this recipe, you can feel all the good feels without compromising your healthy eating habits!

(Serves 8)

Pro Tip: Use the oat and date fibers in any dessert recipe for added texture and sweetness


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 7 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 cups pitted medjool or deglet noor dates
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder (add to taste)

Recipe Preparation

  1. Allow oars and cinnamon, to soak in water for 1-2 hours
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender, blend on high
  3. Strain the liquid through a strainer and catch the outgoing liquid in a clean large bowl or pot. Use a spoon to move the oat and date fibers in the strainer
  4. Place into serving pitcher and chill in the fridge for 1 hour
  5. Serve chilled with or without ice cubes and enjoy
