Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 7 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 cups pitted medjool or deglet noor dates
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder (add to taste)

Recipe Preparation

  1. Allow oars and cinnamon, to soak in water for 1-2 hours
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender, blend on high
  3. Strain the liquid through a strainer and catch the outgoing liquid in a clean large bowl or pot. Use a spoon to move the oat and date fibers in the strainer
  4. Place into serving pitcher and chill in the fridge for 1 hour
  5. Serve chilled with or without ice cubes and enjoy
